Shipping and Returns


Thank you for visiting and shopping at bumpsolutions.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing Time:
You will receive your order anywhere from 5-10 business days from the date that is shipped out, not the date the order is placed


After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process your order in our warehouse.

Orders that are system flagged (SF) may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm PST or over the weekend will be begin processing on the following Monday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.  


Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).  The Tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages:
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return and Refund Policy:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.


Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your method of payment.


Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
